The IMMA Series Analyzers are integrated into key areas of a production facility to continuously monitor incoming raw materials or process control on the production line. Each option is designed to integrate seamlessly onto belt, auger & screw conveyors, or bins & chutes to analyze moisture on-line.

Innovative product design and manufacturing

Moisture gauge is designed with high precision analog front end sections with 24 bit resolution over sampling ADC.

Indigenous proprietary design algorithms based on 32 bit high end processor minimizes signal noise with multiple level digital filters and enhances the measurement Accuracy.

Good optical design provides the basis for measurement reliability and stability. Extreme case is taken in the design and precision tolerances are followed in the manufacturing and alignment of optical components.

Lamp and detector design

IMMA uses proprietary lamp design which produces required intensity at optimized power and run cooler increasing the optical efficiency.

The detector surface area, placement and other optics are designed in such a way that the measurement light and the direct light are measured by a single detector eliminating errors due to temperature variations, distance variations and aging.

Analog Output and Connectivity
